1. Acceptance
By accessing or using AquaBond, you accept these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the site.
2. Products & Sale
This site is operated by Changsha Yunzhou Qixing Technology Co., Ltd. (sole global distributor). AquaBond is manufactured by Hunan Xianyue Technology Co., Ltd. Specifications, prices and inventory may change; the confirmed order prevails.
3. Orders & Payment
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase; the contract is formed upon our acceptance and shipping notification. Currently, orders are inquiry-style — shipping, taxes are confirmed by our team. Online payment (Stripe / PayPal / Alipay / WeChat) will be available in v0.4.
4. Shipping & Customs
International orders are typically shipped DDU. Import duties and VAT are borne by the recipient. Please confirm import regulations of your country / region before ordering.
5. Returns
For quality issues, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt with photo evidence. Chemical products are generally non-returnable for non-quality reasons due to safety.
6. Intellectual Property
All site content (text, images, videos, trademarks) is owned by AquaBond and its rights holders. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee absolute availability or accuracy. Follow the MSDS and application guide strictly; losses from misuse are borne by the user.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Changsha.
